This platform utilises third-party flight detail APIs, providing agents with a variety of options, including one-way and round-trip flights, fare types, and airline filters, along with specialised options like Instant Purchase and SME.
Agents faced challenges with the complexity of the API provider's interface, which made it difficult to navigate and compare flight options. When TrippersWay decided to build their own platform from scratch, the main challenge was integrating these diverse options while ensuring the interface remained user-friendly and allowed agents to easily compare choices.
Some modules in this project, like flight booking, visa application, and travel packages, are used by both agents and general customers. Therefore, we needed to design with both audiences in mind, ensuring a clean and responsive mobile view without compromising usability.
As the sole designer on this project, I worked closely with TrippersWay’s development team. Since the platform depended on third-party APIs, our focus was on building features that integrated seamlessly with the API's capabilities, while also maintaining a smooth, intuitive user experience.

TrippersWay agents can effortlessly search for flights, whether for one-way or round trips. They can use filters or sort options based on price, departure and arrival times (early or late), and duration.
Additionally, agents can view both the published price and their offer price, enabling them to determine the discounts they can provide to their clients.

On TrippersWay, you can easily apply for a visa by selecting your desired country. You’ll be provided with detailed information about the visa type, duration, cost, and required documents. Once you apply, your request will be recorded, and an agent will reach out to assist you.

The package detail page starts with images from the itinerary, showcasing the destinations included in the package. The aim is to give users a clear visual of what they’ll be experiencing. After the images, you'll find a description of the package, followed by the full itinerary, details on what's included, information about the hotels, and other relevant details.

For this project, I designed the mobile view of every screen with the general customer in mind, as they predominantly use their phones. For agents, however, the focus was on the desktop view, tailored to the project's specific requirements.
