Tummoc is a public transport app that provides features like Rapido rides, bus, metro, and airport rail bookings. I worked on updating the app's design to align with its new branding. Initially, I worked alongside another designer during the wire-framing phase, but I took full responsibility for designing the UI of the app solo after that.

Onboarding & Home
Since location is key to providing accurate transport options, Tummoc requests location permission during onboarding. If users skip this, they are prompted to manually select from the cities where Tummoc operates.
Once onboarding is complete, users are taken to the home screen, where they can choose a specific transport category or search for a destination.

Easy Route Searching
The route searching flow in Tummoc was designed to be simple and intuitive. The app automatically detects the user's current location as the source, and by entering the destination, it shows available routes. Users can change the source location if needed. The results display all public transport routes, sortable by factors like duration, price, etc.
Additionally, users have the option to book a Rapido ride, with the app automatically navigating them to Rapido with the selected source and destination.

Route Tracking
In Tummoc, we also provided users with the option to track their route in real time. As they travel, they can view all available buses and metros, change routes, book tickets, and track live locations. Once their journey is complete, users can leave a review of the route to help improve the service.

Booking flow
In Tummoc, users can book tickets from various places within the app—either directly from the home screen, by searching for a specific bus, or by selecting a route. If a route is chosen, the source and destination are pre-selected; otherwise, users will need to manually enter them. Once the route is selected, they can specify the number of tickets they wish to purchase. After completing the process, users receive a ticket with a QR code. All their bookings are conveniently stored and accessible under "My Bookings."

In addition to the core features, we also designed the "Refer & Earn" flow, "My Wallet," and other standard screens. We made sure to account for edge cases as well, such as when no data is available or when there's no internet connection, ensuring a smooth user experience in all situations.
